Individual Sessions are conducted in person and virtually. The rates are as follows:

• Initial Session: $125 for 60-minute session. In our first session together, we will do an intake which will take 60-minutes. The focus of the intake session is to gather more information about you or your child and establish goals to reach during our time together.

• Follow-up Session: $125 50-minute. During this time, we will begin working on the goals established by processing the various dynamics impacting you.

Sliding scale rates are in place to make therapy services more affordable. I do not want finances to get in the way of you or your child being able to receive therapy services, so sliding scale rates are available upon request. The rate can be discussed during a free phone consultation. If you are interested in one of these slots please mention this in your initial contact.

If I am not in-network with your insurance provider I will supply a monthly Super Bill (receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please check in with your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement from an 'out of network’ provider.
